It is important to carefully read the following terms of use:
No adult material
it is absolutely forbidden to host any images of adult nature. We are a clean image host and we want to stay that way. If we find out that you host adult material on our site you will not only get a IP-ban but allso legal action will take place. At worst it will be reported to the FBI or Interpol.
No files with any rascist content
We don't allow any image with anything that may look like racism. This not only counts for sertained texts in the images it counts for the whole image. We again like to stay a clean image host. And again legal action can take place against you.
No file types that are not allowed
Though our advanched system will not allow other extension we would like to point out to you that we only allow the announced file types.
No files with harassment in it
We do not allow images with any type of harassment in it. Again legal actions can be taken against you.
No files bigger then the limit
We do not allow files bigger then our limit. Though our system will not allow oversized images we would like to point it out to you. If you want to upload bigger images consider signing up for a premium account.
We reserve the right to delete your image
We have the right to delete your images. Though we won't delete them if they are clean. If they are in violation with the TOS they will be deleted instantly.
